Location
The V&A Waterfront is a working harbour that doubles as Cape Town’s busiest visitor precinct, with shops and restaurants around the basins, the Zeitz MOCAA museum in the converted grain silo, the Two Oceans Aquarium, and the quay from which Robben Island ferries leave. Green Point lies immediately to the west, between the stadium, the Urban Park and the start of the Sea Point promenade.

From the Waterfront the Robben Island ferry leaves from the Nelson Mandela Gateway on the same quays. The City Bowl museums are about five minutes away by car, the Table Mountain cableway around fifteen, and the Atlantic Seaboard promenade begins a short drive west along Beach Road.

Availability, room types, rates and cancellation terms are set by the property and its booking provider, not by us. Cape Town’s high season runs from December to February, when the coastal and Waterfront properties fill earliest and rates peak; the quieter months from May to August usually carry the lowest rates, and the weather is at its wettest.
